Permaflora Order Production Procedures

At Permaflora, we are dedicated to blending art with the science of manufacturing to create some of the most realistic artificial flowers in the market. Each piece, assembled to order, is a testament to our commitment to “freshness” and quality. Here is what you can expect when you choose to bring Permaflora into your space:

  • Stems: 1-2 days
  • Ready-Made Arrangements: 2-3 days
  • Custom Arrangements: 3-5 days
  • New Colors: 2-3 weeks
  • Prototypes: 6-8 weeks

Larger Orders and Stock Availability

For orders exceeding 10,000 THB, production times may extend, especially if the desired products are not currently in stock. In such cases, creating your flowers and arrangements from scratch can take an additional 2-3 weeks. We will keep you informed with an email notification if your order falls into this category, ensuring transparency and managing expectations from the start.

Permaflora Shipping Policy

At Permaflora, we’re dedicated to ensuring that our exquisite faux flowers reach you in perfect condition, wherever you are. Our shipping options are designed to offer flexibility, safety, and convenience, catering to your needs whether you’re local or across the globe.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

Collection Options:

  • Self Pick-Up: Collect your order directly from our Headquarters at no extra cost. A great excuse to visit us! Grab, LINEMAN and Lalamove can be called to Permaflora’s HQ for pickup. We do not organise the pickup.
  • ThailandPost Registered Post & Express Mail Service (EMS): Suitable for stems, ready-made arrangements, and some orchid pot arrangements.
  • Hand Delivery: Recommended for custom arrangements to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Delivery Rates:

  • Up to 10km from Permaflora: 150 THB
  • 10km to 20km: 200 THB
  • 20km to 30km: 300 THB
  • 30km to 40km: 400 THB
  • 40km to 50km: 500 THB

Delivery Discounts:

  • Orders above 5,000 THB: 50% off delivery
  • Orders above 10,000 THB: Free delivery

Note: Hand Delivery applies only within the Bangkok Metropolitan area. 

 

International Shipping

For our international clients, we ship orders via Thailand Post EMS World and their global partners, ensuring your arrangements arrive swiftly and safely to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.

Process:

Upon dispatch, clients will receive an Airway Bill, Invoice, and Tracking Number via email. (Please check your spam folder!)

Policies:

  • Our shipment policy is Delivered At Place (DAP), excluding taxes and duties.
  • Clients are responsible for paying any import duties.
  • We do not track shipments post-dispatch. Tracking and ensuring the receipt of the package is the client’s responsibility.
  • Assistance is available upon request; however, refunds will not be issued for deliveries missed due to negligence.

Permaflora Exchange, Refund, And Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • Faulty Flower Stems and Damaged Arrangements: If any product from us, be it flower stems or arrangements, arrives with faults or damages incurred during shipping, we are committed to rectifying the situation. We ask that you report the issue through email or our social media channels, including photographic evidence, within 7 days of receiving your order. Following our review, we may request the return of the item(s) to us. Upon receipt and verification of the fault or damage, we will swiftly arrange an exchange to ensure your satisfaction with your Permaflora product.

Additional Exchange Criteria:

  • Defective Qualities Before Delivery: If the product(s) have defective qualities before delivery or if the received product(s) do not match the order, we urge you to contact us immediately.
  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer will be responsible for any additional fees associated with returning the products.

Refund Policy:

  • Case-by-Case Basis: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, aiming for fairness.
  • Shipment Issues: If a shipment fails to arrive due to client negligence, such as not paying customs fees, a refund cannot be issued. Should a shipment be returned to us, the client will bear the cost of reshipment.

Cancellation Policy:

At Permaflora, each order is assembled to your specific requirements upon confirmation. The bespoke nature of our products renders cancellations difficult once production has commenced. We offer the possibility to cancel within 24 hours of order placement. Beyond this period, cancellations are subject to review based on the assembly stage of the order. We appreciate your understanding that the custom assembly process may prevent us from accommodating late cancellations without incurring costs.

Procedure for Exchange/Refund Requests:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out via email at [email protected] or through our social media channels with details of your issue within 7 days of order receipt.
  2. Return: If requested, securely package and return the item(s) to our address.
  3. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will communicate the outcome and the next steps.
