PERMAFLORA PROTOTYPES
Permaflora is committed to providing a transparent, professional, and collaborative prototyping experience. We strive to bring our clients’ visions to life, while also being upfront about the challenges and risks involved in such innovative endeavors. By proceeding with a prototyping project with us, clients acknowledge the terms outlined in this policy, including the understanding of the risks, the expertise involved, and the non-guarantee of success. We look forward to collaborating on exciting, groundbreaking projects in the realm of faux floral design.
EXPERTISE AND SCHEDULING
  • We engage connoisseurs and experts in the field of faux flower design for each prototyping project, ensuring that every piece benefits from a wealth of knowledge and a high level of craftsmanship.

PROTOTYPING FEE AND MOLD COSTS
  • For the base fee for prototyping please contact us. The fee will include the cost of labour, use of facilities, and initial testing.
  • New molds required for the prototyping process are charged at an average of $500 per set. Costs may vary depending on the complexity and size of the molds.

TURNAROUND TIME
  • The estimated turnaround time for a prototyping project is 6-8 weeks. This timeframe allows for thorough testing and quality assurance. However, depending on the complexity of the project and unforeseen challenges, timelines may be adjusted.
SHIPPING POLICY
  • All shipping arrangements, including the delivery of client-provided materials and the return of prototypes, must be organised and funded by the client. We recommend that clients use reputable shipping services and insure their shipments, as Permaflora is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
RISK AND SUCCESS DISCLAIMER
  • Prototyping projects, by nature, involve a degree of uncertainty. While we employ our expertise and state-of-the-art technology to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee success in every case. Factors such as material compatibility, mold complexity, and unexpected technical challenges can affect the final result.
  • Clients should be aware that investing in a prototyping project involves risks. Although we aim for success and client satisfaction, the experimental nature of these projects means that outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

STUDENTS AND YOUNG DESIGNERS SUPPORT POLICY
We are passionate about fostering innovation and creativity within the faux flower industry. Recognizing the potential of fresh ideas and new perspectives, we are excited to announce our support for students and young independent designers through our Creative Projects Support Policy. This initiative is aimed at extending the horizons of faux flower uses beyond traditional applications, encouraging innovative and boundary-breaking concepts.
ELIGIBILITY AND SUPPORT
  • This program is open to students currently enrolled in an educational institution and young independent designers in the early stages of their careers.
  • We offer support for creative projects that we deem to be innovative, worthwhile, and capable of pushing the boundaries of the faux flower industry. Support may range from discounts on prototyping fees and mold costs to completely pro-bono services, depending on the project’s merit and potential impact.

APPLICATION PROCESS
  • Interested applicants are required to submit a comprehensive project proposal that outlines their concept, objectives, and how it challenges or extends the current uses of faux flowers. Applications without a clear and detailed proposal will not be considered. This is crucial for us to understand the depth, feasibility, and potential impact of your project.
  • A current Curriculum Vitae (CV) must also be submitted to provide us with an understanding of the applicant’s background, skills, and achievements.
  • Applications should be sent to our dedicated review team via email. Details on the submission process can be found on our website.
COLLABORATION AND CREDITS
  • Selected projects will be treated as a collaboration between Permaflora and the applicant. We believe in mutual growth and the exchange of ideas, and as such, appropriate credits must be given to all parties involved in any public showcasing or discussion of the project.
  • We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure that both parties can contribute effectively and learn from each other.

AIM AND VISION
  • Through this policy, we aim to discover and nurture innovative uses for faux flowers that go beyond mere replacements for real flowers. We believe in the power of creativity to redefine our industry and inspire new trends.
  • We look forward to uncovering and supporting projects that align with our vision of innovation and creativity in the realm of faux floral design.
SPECIAL COLOUR REQUEST POLICY FOR EXISTING/ ARCHIVAL SKUS

We understand that customization and personalization are key to making your projects truly unique. To accommodate our clients’ diverse needs, we offer a special color service for our existing product SKUs. This policy outlines the terms, pricing, and process for requesting custom colors for our faux flowers.

PRICING AND MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ)
  • The rate for adding special colours to an existing SKU begins at 2,000 THB per colour, per SKU.
  • If the special colour can be sold by us on our platforms, there is no minimum order quantity required. This is subject to our assessment of the colour’s marketability and general appeal.
  • For colours that are deemed unmarketable on our platforms, or if the request involves a specific design that is exclusive to the client, a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required. This ensures the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of producing such specialized requests.

COLOR SPECIFICATION AND SUBMISSION
  • Clients are required to send detailed photos of the exact colours they wish to replicate. Photos of flowers in the desired colours are preferred, as this helps us to accurately match the colour.
  • We do not select colours for our clients. The responsibility for choosing and specifying the exact colour lies with the client. This policy is in place to avoid misinterpretations and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
PRODUCTION TIME AND PROCESS
  • The estimated time frame for creating bespoke colors is approximately 4 weeks. This timeline allows for color matching, production setup, and the completion of the order.
  • The actual number of flowers produced will vary depending on the design within the SKU and how much material is used per design. We strive to maximize efficiency and meet your needs within the agreed specifications.

RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
  • Selecting a custom color is a collaborative process that relies heavily on the client’s ability to convey their vision accurately. We take great care in matching and applying custom colors, but it is important for clients to understand that color perception can vary due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, and material finishes.
  • As such, Permaflora cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between the perceived color and the final product. We encourage clear communication and the provision of accurate color samples to minimize risks.
